Membership Policy: Women Over 40. (Click Here to see By-Laws)

Attendance Policy:  Dinner is $22.00 with reservation (without reservation $30.00). Online reservations can be made by clicking here.  Reservations must be made by 10:00 a.m. the Thursday prior to the Monday meeting.  You may also mail in your check to PO Box 10465 ~ Greensboro, NC  27404.  Checks must be received by the Wednesday prior to the Monday meeting. If you pay for a meeting and do not attend, no credit or refund will be granted, however you may allow someone to attend in your place.  Any member wishing to make a reservation after the Thursday cut-off deadline or showing up at the meeting without a reservation will be charged $30.00 for the meeting.  Guests who show up at the meetings will be allowed to attend for $22.

Inclement Weather Policy:  Our policy is the same as the Guilford County Schools, i.e.,  No School- No Meeting.  The WOMAN meeting will be postponed until the following Monday.

“Sit By Someone New” Policy:  We ask that members cooperate and sit by someone new at each meeting so as to increase friendships, networking circles, and for the comfort of our guests and new members.

Dinner Table Policy:  WOMAN members, please utilize the “Literature Table” for placing brochures, flyers, etc.  Please refrain from placing these items on the dinner tables. The dinner table space is reserved for the material(s) of guest speakers and for WOMAN  business.

Guest Policy:  A guest may attend WOMAN meetings twice at a cost of $22.00. Reservation requested.   After second visit, the guest is requested to join at the fee for the year.
